Here is a class Yoga pose. Start from downward dog and lung your right leg forward. Line your foot up heel to heel and about four feet apart. Bend your knee to a 90 degree bend and press the outer edge of the back foot towards the floor. Imagine a clock on the ceiling for reference and rotate your right arm clockwise and your left arm counter clock wise.

This pose is excellent for strengthening the legs and shoulders and stretching the leg adductors.
