Warrior Four Yoga Posture

This pose is a great heart opener. It emphasizes flexibility and strength combined with a great feeling of exhilaration. It is also an excellent Yoga posture to counter and help relieve back pain associated with using a computer for extended periods of time.

Lunge your leg forward and pivot your back foot so it is parallel to the back edge of your mat.

Expand your chest while opening your arms. Be sure to not bend your knee deeper than 90 degrees. Breathe deep for five breathes.
