Yoga Class Schedule

Classes may end 5 minutes earlier than noted below to allow next class to start on time. Workshops and teacher trainings are not included in monthly unlimited packages. Most classes are 60 minutes long except the 9am and 10:30am.

Please reserve your class and show up early to get a spot.

Monday-Friday
7am 9am 10:30am 12pm 4:30pm 6pm 7:15pm 8:30pm

Saturday and Sunday
9am 10:30am 12pm 5pm 6pm

Community Classes – 1:30pm every Monday-Thursday
