Flying Monkey Yoga Posture Vinyasa

This pose is a moving pose where you jump one leg forward between the hands while in a push up position and then switch sides in rapid succession.
Try to land on your heal lightly as you can by using the strength of your upper shoulder area. These burn tons of calories.
Practicum

Take a deep breathe in and then switch-hop your legs seven times back and forth as you exhale. Do six sets of each leg, if that is too much. Find your edge.
